Review: Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through The Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll part 1

So I've only read the first book ''Alice's Adventures in Wonderland so that's why I'm splitting this review in two parts.
Summary:
When Alice tumbles down a rabbit hole one hot summer's afternoon in pursuit of a White Rabbit, she finds herself in Wonderland. And here begin the fantastical adventures that will see her experiencing extraordinary changes in size, swimming in a pool of her own tears and attending the very maddest of tea parties.
My opinion:
I really enjoyed this book and I understood why people really liked it back then. This is such a weird story, but it's actually a dream. I really like al the morals in this book. The fantasy; mythical creatures like Gryphon (part eagle, part lion) were very fun to read and I think that's an other thing why people liked it very much back then: this is a fantasy book with great morals.
These are my favorite quotes:
“I know who I was when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then”
''It was so long since she had been anything near the right size, that it felt like quite strange at first; but she got used to it in a few minutes, and began talking to herself, as usual.''
“Alice: Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?
The Cheshire Cat: That depends a good deal on where you want to get to.
Alice: I don't much care where.
The Cheshire Cat: Then it doesn't much matter which way you go.
Alice: ...So long as I get somewhere.
The Cheshire Cat: Oh, you're sure to do that, if only you walk long enough.”
“Be what you would seem to be - or, if you'd like it put more simply - never imagine yourself not to be otherwise than what it might appear to others that what you were or might have been was not otherwise than what you had been would have appeared to them to be otherwise.”
I really like these quotes because they tell us that when you wake up in the morning, you don't know how the day is going to end. And I really like the last quote because that quote is so true!
Have you read Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and what are your thoughts about it?
Ps. I also would like to mention that I've changed my layout and I added quite a few things by myself. I hope you really like the new layout, so please let me know in the comments if you like it. :)
